In 2017 1,354 of our candidates successfully converted their flexible assignments into permanent contracts. That’s 1,354 more people who have had their hard work, dedication and skills recognised and invested in.

686 of these were candidates who were directly placed into clients’ workplaces via our branch network and 668 through our onsite managed service. Both of these routes into employment can result in very positive outcomes for our candidates.

We couldn’t be prouder when we hear of the successes of our candidates. We’ve invested in them and seeing them succeed tells us we did a good job – listening to our clients and candidates and helping them to make the right decision for them.

We work hard with our candidates to ensure they thrive in the roles we place them into. This includes working with our clients and encouraging our candidates to strive for progression and success.
