Templine’s successful sales team has closed-up early for Christmas this year. With some significant wins already behind them, two of Templine’s key sales executives have embarked on a training exercise designed to give them a real 360-degree appreciation of the business by taking an active role on the shopfloor.
Workaholic-Rosie Longmore enthusing about her experience revealed that she sees the temporary posting as a very valuable and positive experience. “Not many of our potential customers want to engage a new agency in the critical run-up to Christmas so I like to take the opportunity to revisit the sites. It helps keep me up to date and gives me great confidence to talk to potential clients about our approach.”
Sunny Singh likewise was eager to express the insight it gave him into operations. “It has been a tremendous time, operating as a key account manager to ensure the smooth integration of a new site into the Templine fold at such a challenging time.”
