Siamo Training has been awarded the status of a ‘Good’ training provider, following an Ofsted inspection in May 2022. - Result follows Siamo Training’s first official Ofsted inspection
The grades that can be awarded following an Ofsted inspection are: ‘outstanding’, ‘good’, ‘requires improvement’ and ‘inadequate’. As such, the award provided to Siamo Training reflects a high standard of apprenticeships delivery.
The inspection carried out by Ofsted in May represents Siamo Training’s first official inspection, following an initial monitoring visit in August 2019.
Rebecca Palin, Apprenticeships Leader at Siamo Training, is at the heart of our apprenticeships delivery. Speaking on the Ofsted inspection and subsequent result, she said:
‘We use valuable feedback from learners and employers to continuously drive quality improvements and have developed all areas of our curriculum ensuring that it closely aligns with employers’ business priorities and provides learners with relevant knowledge, skills, and behaviours they require for themselves and their businesses to prosper.

Ofsted
During the inspection, Ofsted considered a number of fundamental elements that encompass our apprenticeships delivery, including quality of education, behaviours and attitudes, personal development, leadership and management and apprenticeships. Siamo Training were awarded ‘Good’ for each of these respective elements.
Notably, Ofsted found that the trainers ‘devise and teach highly effective learning sessions’, and that ‘managers and trainers ensure that the curriculum is both closely aligned with employers’ business priorities and provides apprentices with the skills they need to be successful in their chosen careers.’
