Siamo Training deliver a variety of industry qualifications to internal and external stakeholders. We are proud to be on the RoATP (Register of Apprenticeship Training Providers) which allows us to deliver regulated Apprenticeship courses for your business.

Although our courses are set at a national standard, we are experts in making training bespoke to your business, taking into account your values, KPIs, milestones, policies and procedures.

We specialise in industrial training from entry-level courses, all the way through to higher-level courses in Management. We only employ trainers and assessors who share our passion and have the right mix of professional competency and training experience.

We had our first Ofsted monitoring visit in August 2019 and were very pleased with the way we are progressing as an apprenticeship provider. In 2019:

• Over 100 learners took up an Apprenticeship
• 64 learners completed their courses
• 50% of our learners have achieved progression in their roles

You may have known us previously as Qommunicate, however since becoming part of Siamo Group back in 2016, we have expanded our remit, providing regulated training for both our clients and our own employees. We are now an established division of Siamo Group providing apprenticeship opportunities for businesses nationally.

Off the job training is an important part of an Apprenticeship qualification. We look to incorporate this important learning process in a variety of efficient ways.
