Consultant Emma Robinson started working for Siamo in 2016 as a flexible worker in the role of Warehouse Operator. After 12 months, proving to be a dedicated and aspirational employee, Emma was recruited as an Onsite Supervisor working directly for Siamo Group.
While in her new role, Emma was responsible for checking-in staff, managing KPI’s, performance and fulfilment management, and overseeing 70 workers per shift. Two years later, Emma was promoted to Consultant and expanded into recruitment, selection and payroll duties.
Emma said: “I’ve had so much support and training throughout my time with Siamo, I truly wouldn’t have been able to come so far without it. I have gained invaluable skills in management, communication, organisation and time management from both onsite colleagues, and the wider Siamo Group.”
So, what’s next for Emma? She is working towards the next step in her career as an Assistant Contract Manager!
