The ISO logo appears on Templine’s letterhead because the company is genuinely proud of its accreditation. It is a mark that evidences quality of service and is underpinned by a manual that contains systems specifically designed to ensure correct procedures are followed. In order to retain the standard it is necessary for the whole system to be independently audited each year.
Having just gone through another, successful audit, Quality Manager, Debbie Thorpe is justly proud of the company’s achievements. She says, ‘I’m always slightly nervous about the audits as they’re important to Templine. So, during the year I constantly monitor branches to make sure they’re following proper procedures and evidencing that activity, so that the annual audit is a lot easier and less stressful.’
