Templine made its first acquisition with the purchase of 247 Staff’s established high-street, branches in Nuneaton and Leicester.
Commenting on the deal, Templine’s managing director, Tony Bucciero, said, ‘There’s a lot of commonality between existing Templine locations and the new sites – the culture is very similar as is the desire to give 100% effort in servicing the needs of customers. There will be no reduction in service levels, no change to the people handling the contracts and no change amongst the temporary colleagues on customers’ sites. We hope the only changes will be for the better with customers benefiting from the extra services our size brings and temporary colleagues benefiting from enhanced conditions that are on offer – such as TL Benefits.’
Reassurances have been given by Templine that there will be no cut-back to staffing levels as the acquisition is seen as part of its plans to expand both high-street and on-site models for the provision of temporary blue-collar staffing needs.
